Kenrick were created in July, 2009.  Kenrick decided to open his own firm after working at four different firms in Pittsburgh over almost 40 years.   The Law Offices are capable of providing a variety of legal services, with an emphasis on litigation, alternative dispute resolution, non-profit, and other consulting  services.

The Law Offices are conveniently located in the landmark U.S. Steel Tower in downtown Pittsburgh within a few blocks of both the state and federal courthouses.  Attorney Kenrick, as described in his biography and firm profile, is well connected to all segments of the legal community in Western Pennsylvania, having served both as a past-President of the Allegheny County Bar Association, a past member of the Board of Governors of the same Bar Association, and  as a former member of  the Board of Governors of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.  The Law Offices provide services primarily in Western Pennsylvania,  Attorney Kenrick is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in the Commonwealth.

Attorney Kenrick is one of a relatively few attorneys in metropolitan Pittsburgh who has actively represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants in Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Insurance, and Business cases.   This particular experience, coupled with training as a neutral mediator, enable him to offer Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Services in a wide variety of lawsuits.  In ADR  available options are explored in an attempt to work out a dispute without 'trying the case and often resulting in time and cost savings."  The experience in representing both sides as an advocate, enable Kenrick to better utilize the factors that go into settling cases as a neutral. With the assistance of the parties and counsel,  settlement or other acceptable resolution "out of court" is possible more often than not.
